The Rule 1182 Juvenile Court Hearing Officer Certification Course meets the training requirement of Pa.R.J.C.P. 1182(A)(3) for an individual to preside over dependency matters as a juvenile court hearing officer.
Only the President Judge, Dependency Judge, or Court Administrator can complete the request for a prospective hearing officer to have access to the Rule 1182 Juvenile Court Hearing Officer Certification Course. Requests for access to this online course should only be made for individuals to become a dependency hearing officer in your judicial district.
