What is a crash? A crash is a situation where the game forcibly exits and must be restarted by a browser refresh or by re-launching the app (on mobile). A crash is NOT a loss of connection, error code, bug, or other event that may allow you to continue playing the game afterwards.
Mobile Users: A loss of connection is NOT a crash. Please do not report lost connections as crashes. These are two different issues.
