Respiratory Care Department- The “Professional Department of Commitment & Excellence” award recognizes a respiratory team who delivers respiratory care up to and beyond expectations while reaching throughout the continuum of care. This nomination needs to be supported and evidenced, for example: data, patient feedback story (do not include patient information), highlighting the difference made to the department’s practice and experience in respiratory care. Entries can be self-nominating, or from a member of the multidisciplinary team or manager.
