2026 SCW Annual Meeting Registration

The Surgical Collaborative of Wisconsin is excited to host the 2026 Annual Meeting at the Glacier Canyon Lodge in Wisconsin Dells, WI. Registration is FREE and includes all meals on Saturday. Hotel arrangements must be made directly with the Glacier Canyon Lodge. Please fill out the registration form on the following page before the deadline of Friday, May 8, to secure your spot today!

Meeting Agenda Information:
We are excited to offer a variety of engaging panel discussions, quality improvement sessions, and networking opportunities during the annual meeting. You can view the 2026 agenda HERE. The agenda is going through approval for 6.50 CME credits.

There is a limited room block at the Glacier Canyon Lodge for attendees on Friday and Saturday night. Attendees will be responsible for the booking and payment of their room.
