MA Volunteer Driver Program Survey 2018

MassMobility, a statewide initiative based out of EOHHS with funding from MassDOT, is interested in learning about volunteer driver programs across Massachusetts. This survey is designed to capture information about programs that currently exist and hear from organizations interested in starting new volunteer driver programs. Your responses will assist MassMobility in its efforts to better understand volunteer driver programs and engage a statewide volunteer driver network.
