I have read and understand the information and rules for exhibitors participating in the Festival, and I agree to abide by them. I pledge my cooperation with Volunteer Alexandria. I understand that no refunds to accepted work will be issued after 5 p.m., June 26, 2020 and that all refund requests prior to this date will incur a $20 service charge. Volunteer Alexandria reserves the right to accept or reject any and all applications. Location determined at our discretion. Acceptance contingent upon jury selection and space availability.

Checks will be processed AFTER vendor has been accepted. Vendors NOT accepted will receive a 95% refund if paid online (processing fees).
