Help bring greater visibility to voice disorders through creative design and meaningful messages. Submissions are due by March 17, 2026.

Voice disorders affect millions of people worldwide, yet they are often misunderstood or unseen. This initiative invites individuals of all ages and backgrounds to submit original T-shirt designs or short messages that promote understanding, visibility, and respect.

Selected designs and phrases may be featured on T-shirts, stickers, social media graphics, and other materials to support education and outreach efforts led by Dysphonia International.

Whether you live with a voice disorder, support someone who does, work in healthcare, or simply want to help amplify awareness — your creativity is welcome.

Submission Guidelines
You may submit either an original visual design and/or a short awareness slogan(s).

Visual designs should be suitable for a T-shirt (front design preferred) and may include illustration, symbols, typography, or a combination of elements. Avoid dense blocks of text or very small fonts. Designs must be submitted as a high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF file (300 dpi preferred). Please include a brief 1–3 sentence description explaining your concept. Only one submission is allowed per form. If you have another design, please submit it separately..

Slogan submissions should be short and impactful, ideally between one and ten words. Phrases should be appropriate for T-shirts, stickers, or social graphics. If selected, design elements may be added to enhance presentation. Participants may submit up to three slogans and may include a short optional explanation.

While not required, you may draw inspiration from themes such as living with a voice disorder, communication beyond sound, visibility, resilience, care, or connection. Submissions should be clear and respectful and humor is welcomed.

All submissions will be reviewed by the Educational & Awareness Committee of Dysphonia International. Entries will be evaluated for relevance to voice-disorder awareness, clarity, impact, and ability to spark conversation or increase understanding. Submission does not guarantee selection, publication, or production. Dysphonia International reserves the right to edit, adapt, or modify any submission for clarity, formatting, branding, or production purposes. Dysphonia International reserves the right to decline submissions that do not align with its mission or community standards.
