Vivo Summer Experiences Survey

Summer Experiences have been on the minds of parents. We’ve been working behind the scenes to understand the local health authorities’ latest news and explored what that means for the upcoming season and in regards to our facility still being temporarily closed as per a city-mandated order on March 16, 2020.

Based on what we know right now, we are making the decision to cancel all in-person registered programs and bookings for July and August. This is really about our authentic commitment to be there for the community’s long-term health in terms of our ability to be empathetic to what people need now, be compliant with orders of authorities, implement best practices to ensure a high standards of health and safety and deliver PLAYFUL experiences that helps you live your best life.

For people registered in any Vivo programs or have facility bookings we will place a credit on your account during May 19-28. Your credit on account can be used for any Virtual Vivo services, when our facility re-opens or donated to our Everyone Plays Campaign.

In May, we launched Virtual Vivo which offers experiences for fitness, preschool (coming May 25) and we will offer summer camps for kids and families starting in July.

We truly want to work with you to design unique virtual summer experiences and are curious to know what you value and need from us for both you and your children to play, explore, grow and connect!
