Have Your Say: Accessible Features at Village Green Park

Thank you to everyone who shared their ideas and feedback during the earlier public consultation for Village Green Park in Cayuga. Your input has helped shape the park’s concept design, and we appreciate the community’s interest in creating a space for everyone to enjoy.

As plans move forward, we’re looking for additional feedback on accessibility-related features, including the proposed accessible parking spaces, rest areas (benches), and play space. We want to better understand the needs of children with disabilities and their caregivers, as well as the features that would help people of all ages and abilities feel welcome and included.

Your feedback will help inform the consideration of these features as the park design progresses.

No personal information will be collected through this survey. The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

A quick note: Your feedback and ideas will help inform future planning for the park and playground. While we will carefully consider all suggestions, we can’t guarantee that every idea will be implemented. Any improvements will depend on things like available funding, feasibility and other priorities, and may require Council approval.
