Village of Victory Community Survey

The Village of Victory is in the preliminary stages of updating its 2003 Comprehensive Plan. A Comprehensive Plan for the Village will help officials make policy and capital project decisions about the future of the community.

In order to maximize the Village’s chances of receiving grant funds, engaging the community in the planning process is critical. Please take a few minutes and fill out the survey.

The survey will be available until June 23, 2023.

This is just the first step in the Comprehensive Planning process which is expected to continue into 2024. There will be many more opportunities for public input over the next 16 months or so. Thank you for helping us develop a vision for the future of Victory!
