What can we build for Phase II?

We have already signed an architect firm and builder for our Phase II development, and our civil engineers are close to submitting an updated site plan to the city! However, we still need to determine the scope of what we can build.

This project could range anywhere from a utilitarian $6M build all the way up to a $15M project that better meets the needs of our community and athletics and Fine Arts programs. Of course, determining what we can build is paramount before moving forward and requires the community to let us know of their willingness--not their commitment at this time--to give over the next 3-5 years.

1.Would you consider a financial commitment within the next 3-5 years to support a capital campaign at Veritas Academy for:
  • The removal/relocation of the current carpool loop to create an agora and central gathering space between all academic buildings
  • The unification of the Upper GS classrooms with a new restroom and boardwalk
  • The addition of a parking lot to include ~125 parking spaces
  • The building of a community center/gym with a coffee bar/shop
