We are very excited to host your company at DOW Electronics’ Second Annual Elite Dealer Retreat. While attending, DOW has arranged for attendees to take part in one of the amazing recreation activities available at Streamsong. Please rank your attendee preference for taking part in one of these activities, rank your first preference 1 and your least preferred 4.

Please also take the time to complete the following lunch selection for you and your guest, noting any special request and/or any food allergy.

Golf (9 holes on the new Streamsong Black course. **Attendees are responsible to supply clubs and tip caddie; club rental available for $75+tax.)*
Bass Fishing (A guided catch-and-release bass fishing experience in one of the best bass fishing locations in Florida. Limited availability.)
Sporting Clays (Enjoy a challenging 12-station sporting clay course that is designed to simulate upland hunting conditions and the flight path of game birds.)
Pool Day (Relax by Streamsong's lakeside infinity pool at your own leisure.)

Thank you for accepting our invitation to come to our DOW Elite Dealer Retreat being held at the Streamsong Resort in Streamsong, Florida, on July 14-16 (the “Event”). By accepting your invitation and participating in the Event:

You acknowledge that as of the date of the Event, if you intend to consume alcohol, you are at least 21 years of age. You understand that while alcohol may be served at the Event, drinking alcohol is not a requirement. Drinking alcohol is at your own risk and of your own choice and volition. You are responsible for knowing and complying with applicable local and state laws, including but not limited to those relating to alcohol consumption in public and driving while under the influence.

You acknowledge that the Event includes access to activities that include golf, sport clay shooting, lake fishing, and spa treatments/exercises; however, participation in these activities is not a requirement. You further acknowledge that there are risks, both known and unknown associated with the participation in the Event activities that may cause injury, and you agree to follow all rules, directions, and safety regulations that are displayed or otherwise communicated to you by DOW or the Streamsong Resort Staff. Accordingly, you knowingly and freely assume all risks of injury related to participation in the Event activities.

You grant full permission to DOW to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, website images, recordings or any other record of the Event, including your name, image and likeness before, during, or after the Event for promotional purposes in any media; for which you shall have no right to (i) inspect or approve any such use, or (ii) receive any compensation for such use.

You release, hold harmless, and indemnify DOW from any and all claims, demands, actions, and costs which might arise out of your participation in the Event and all Event activities, including, but not limited to, any caused by the negligence DOW.
