Dear applicants,

Thank you for applying to the CRRP Program by Vatel Rwanda.

The COVID -19 Recovery and Resilience Program (CRRP) was created during the COVID -19 pandemic to create a sustainable e-learning program aimed at upskilling young Rwandans in the Hospitality and Tourism sector. It is a 4-week course that includes Food and Beverage Operations and Front Office Operations, with modules under each course. This is an opportunity for people with an interest in the hospitality sector to broaden their knowledge and upskill themselves despite the ongoing pandemic.

Front Office: This course equips students with an understanding of the appropriate attitudes and behavior as a front desk receptionist, when handling reservations, and handling customer complaints and inquiries. It will also cover grooming and hygiene aspects as a front desk personnel. This is a blended learning class with theory and practical sessions.
