We're looking for local artists, artisans, crafters and small businesses from the Quinte area, with a focus on handmade, homemade and home based, to showcase and sell their wares.

THIS IS A SUPPLY-YOUR-OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS EVENT!
Cost: $50.00 per single space (room for one 6ft table and your chair behind it), $70.00 per single + (approx. 10ft x 6ft, room for one 6ft table and a rack or stand), and $100.00 per double space (approx. 20ft x 6ft).

Steve and Sandi from Cool 100/95.5 Hits will be here to boost the event to our local listeners. They may even stop and chat with you, which will tell THOUSANDS of listeners on both radio stations all about your business...they love to take pictures for Social Media also!

We have 10 x 8ft tables that can be rented for $20 each (first come, first serve) BUT you still have to bring your own chair!

All accepted vendors will be contacted by email from bayviewmall@on.aibn.com. Please be patient and wait for a response. CHECK your JUNK folders!

We thank all applicants, however, only those selected for a space will be contacted.

DO NOT fall for scammers. DO NOT send payment until you've received your acceptance email. All email messages will come from bayviewmall@on.aibn.com. We do not message for payment on Facebook.

Mall doors open at 9:00am Saturday morning for setup.

EXCLUSION FROM ANY FUTURE EVENTS WILL OCCUR IF BOOTHS ARE TAKEN DOWN EARLY! Do not start packing up until 5pm.

Please allow 2 weeks for a response. I may be on holidays, extremely busy at work, or waiting for others to send their payments. Thank you for your understanding.

There is no need to call our office to see if we've received your application. If you have answered all the questions, submitted the application, received the final "Thank you for taking this survey." message, and sent the email as per Step 5 - then we've received it.

These images, along with the description you wrote above, will be used to showcase all the vendors that will be attending on our Facebook page. This email will also be used to send the final floor plan, vendor locations, and event details.

7.Vendors are required to bring their own table and chairs (unless otherwise arranged). Spaces are limited and are reserved with application and payment both submitted. Payments are non-refundable. DO NOT send payment until you've received your acceptance email.(Required.)

9.Would you like Cool 100 / 95.5 Hits to SHOWCASE YOUR BUSINESS "live on location"? All radio spots are pre-recorded so don't be nervous, Steve makes it so easy!(Required.)
10.Do you require a HYDRO connection? (These spaces are limited and are first come first serve) NO HEAT PRESSES or HIGH wattage devices allowed.(Required.)

12.FOOD VENDORS
If you are a vendor selling any sort of food items, the South East Health Unit requires all food vendors to fill out a Special Event/Farmers’ Market – Food Vendor Notification form. These forms can be found here:
www.hpepublichealth.ca/special-events/
and can be submitted on their website. You are not required to have a Health Unit Certification or Inspection for Low Risk items such as Baking and Jams, etc., they’re mainly concerned about meat product and high risk food preparation/storage. They will call or email you and ask a few questions about your safe food handling. Thanks! 😊
13.Vendor Area and Logistics
• Mall doors will be open for setup to start at 9:00am
Load in and set up are to be completed by 10:00am
• Tear down of your space is NOT permitted before the end of the show, EXCLUSION FROM ANY FUTURE EVENTS WILL OCCUR IF BOOTHS ARE TAKEN DOWN EARLY.
• Vendor space locations shall be decided upon by the Bay View Mall
• Vendors must be totally self-sufficient including tables, chairs and booth décor, unless otherwise arranged.
• Vendors must keep their space neat and tidy at all times.
• Garbage must not be left on or around booth before, during or after show.
• Vendor shall not hang anything on the walls or from the ceiling.
• The Bay View Mall is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
• Vendors product must not be placed outside of the designated space.

Product Guidelines
• Vendor will sell only those items identified in the agreement.
• Vendor may be asked to remove items at anytime at the Bay View Malls sole discretion.

Government Regulations
• Vendors agree to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, business licenses, and sales tax permits.

Vendor Fees and Payments
• Payments and paperwork are due asap to secure your space. PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
• The Bay View Mall has the right to terminate vendor participation at its sole discretion.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, E-Transfer.

I shall indemnify and save harmless BAY VIEW MALL from any and all liabilities, damages, costs, claims, suits or actions arising out of: damages to property including loss of use therefore, and injury to any person or persons, including death resulting at any time there from, occasioned by any act of omission of: it's officers agents, servants, employees, contractors, customers, invitees, or licensees, of occurring in or occasioned by any cause whatsoever, except where such damage or injury is due to the act, default, or negligence of BAY VIEW MALL, its officers, agents, servants, employees, contractors, customers, invitees, or licensees.

This agreement is terminable by BAY VIEW MALL at any time upon verbal or hand delivered written notice.
