This survey is for the private research conducted by School Choice for NH, a registered 501c4 nonprofit.

WHO:  NH families who have children enrolled in charter or private schools, or home educate, who have utilized curricular and/or co-curricular programs at their local public schools.

WHAT: Learn more about their experiences accessing these learning opportunities.
1.As a family who has a child who is enrolled in a charter or private school, or home educate, how would you describe your ability to access curricular and/or co-curricular programs at your local public school?
2.How many classes and/or co-curricular programs has your child utilized at your local public school (cumulative total, not just this current semester or school year)?
3.Has your child participated in social programs such as dances or field trips? If so, how would you describe your ability to access these social events at your local public school?
