Divide County School District is requesting that every family complete the following brief registration form indicating how you intend for your child to be educated this upcoming school year, which will begin August 25, 2020. Please complete the following survey for each student in your family by Wednesday, August 12 at 4 p.m. so planning for the 2020-21 school year can continue.

2.Please choose one of the following educational options for your child. The option you choose is a commitment for the entire first semester. However, students will have the first 5 days of the semester to switch from one option to the other with administrator approval.

My child will attend DCSD on campus. We have reviewed the health & safety guidelines and will abide by the board approved plan. 

My child will NOT attend DCSD in person, but will enroll in the virtual learning option at no cost to the family. The learning platform is yet to be determined but is likely to be Edmentum, Edgenuity, or other online learning company. 

My child will be home educated by the parent/guardian in accordance with state regulations for approved home education. A statement of intent must be filed with the DC District Office at least 14 days before beginning home education as required by law. All education responsibility and costs of educational resources are that of the parent/guardian.

3.If you are a rural family (living outside the city of Crosby), how do you plan to utilize DCSD bus transportation this year, keeping in mind that masks will be required to be worn on buses:
