TOOTRiS is thrilled to announce the first-ever Wings of Innovation 2025 CCR&R Awards — honoring bold, innovative, and high-impact projects or programs spearheaded by CCR&Rs that have made a real difference in your communities. Whether it's a new family engagement strategy, a workforce development model, or a creative use of technology — if it’s working, we want to hear about it!

Why Apply? Because what you’re doing matters — and the world should know about it. We’re hosting these awards to celebrate the visionary minds and community impact of CCR&Rs across the country.

How It Works: Submit your most impactful project or initiative using the form below by 11:59PM PST on August 15, 2025. A review committee will select the top 6 finalists who will be invited to give a 4-minute presentation on stage at the Wind Beneath Your Wings Summit in San Diego. Summit attendees (both virtual and in-person) will serve as the judges, voting live for the projects they believe have the biggest potential to transform the future of Child Care.

Six CCR&R Wings of Innovation Winners Will Be Selected:
Platinum Award
  • Wings of Innovation Platinum trophy
  • $2,500 honorarium to CCR&R
  • $2,500 in tech support & consulting of future innovations
  • A spotlight feature of your work on TOOTRiS
Gold Award
  • Wings of Innovation Gold trophy
  • $1,500 honorarium to CCR&R
  • $1,500 in tech support & consulting of future innovations
  • Spotlight feature on TOOTRiS
Silver Award
  • Wings of Innovation Silver trophy
  • $1000 honorarium to CCR&R
  • $1000 in tech support & consulting of future innovations
  • Spotlight feature on TOOTRiS
Bronze Award
  • Wings of Innovation Bronze trophy
  • $500 honorarium to CCR&R
  • $500 in tech support & consulting of future innovations
  • Spotlight feature on TOOTRiS
5th and 6th place winners will receive a Wings of Innovation Honorable Mention trophy

National Recognition
All winners will be featured in a National Wings of Innovation CCR&R Awards press release, and ongoing throughout TOOTRiS communications.
