Scaffolding Supervisor Program

This SAA member-exclusive, hands-on program will focus on developing communication, planning, and leadership skills that scaffolders can immediately apply on site. With flexible delivery options, in-person in Brisbane or online for interstate participants and short, focused sessions of 2-2.5hrs, it will be designed to fit around busy work schedules.

Multiple intake dates throughout the year will provide further flexibility, ensuring your team can participate without disrupting project timelines. By investing in this program, scaffolding industry businesses can strengthen their team’s performance, improve retention and on-site safety, and equip emerging leaders with the skills they need to manage their crews and communicate effectively with project managers on site.
