Hello!
Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your knowledge and experience with us. Helpline House was founded as a food bank in 1968 and has evolved over the years in response to community needs to provide a broad range of cost-free social services to Bainbridge Island residents. As Helpline House celebrates 50 years of service to the Bainbridge Island community this year, we continue to engage community members in conversation about social service needs on the Island and in our strategy of “Neighbor helping Neighbor, one neighbor at a time.”
Through this survey, we hope (1) to learn more about current social service needs on the Island to inform our 2020-2025 strategic plan; (2) to identify ways in which we can enhance collaborations with other service providers to better serve our community; and (3) to gain a better understanding of community awareness and perceptions of Helpline House’s current services.

All information will be kept confidential.
