Response to LFC Parade/Water st incident: VCFSE sector activation survey

As part of our ongoing partnership work with Liverpool City Council, Community Foundation for Merseyside and other partners, we are gathering information from organisations across the VCFSE sector to understand the level and nature of support being provided to individuals affected by the Water Street incident on Monday 26 May 2025.

This survey is for VCFSE organisations that have been actively taking referrals and/or have been providing services to people who attended the event who have been impacted.

Your input will help coordinate ongoing responses and identify emerging needs.

The deadline for completing this survey is 5pm Friday 20th June. A follow-up survey will be shared in the coming months, as we recognise that support needs and referrals may evolve over time.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this short survey.

For more information/support regarding the response to the incident, including accessing support services, please access the LCVS Water Street Incident | Support & Information Hub.
