The County of Contra Costa and the cities of Antioch, Concord, Pittsburg, and Walnut Creek, as well as the Housing Authorities of Contra Costa County, Pittsburg, and Richmond, are currently conducting a fair housing study known as the “Assessment of Fair Housing” (AFH).
