March/April 2026 Consultation - New Child Care Safety Reforms

The Federal and State Departments of Education are continuing their focus on working towards national consistency under the NQF and National Law wherever possible, noting that other inquiries are still to report with further findings.

This month the ACA's State Bodies are running a series of live consultation sessions with members, to seek their meaningful feedback on a new list of seven proposed reform areas. For those who were not able to attend one of these sessions, we would appreciate your feedback via this survey.

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend that you read the set of slides here and have them with you, to refer to as you are completing the survey. The slides add a lot more context to each question.
