The committees are: Nominating (reviews nominations and identifies potential candidates, prepares announcements and ballot), Programs and Events (suggests topics for virtual programs and podcasts; helps with conferences and events), Communications (assists the Communications Chair in promoting FLARE and its programs), Membership (identifies individuals to recruit for membership, outreach to potential members, develops tactics for member recruitment), By-laws (reviews the current By-laws and recommends changes to the Executive Council of the Board).
