Complete this form to nominate someone for HYP’s 8th Annual 20 in Their 20’s Honoree Event. If you have any questions, contact info@hyp.org.

Applications must be submitted by July 1st, 2026.

Each nominee has the opportunity to submit up to 3 letters of reference. These should be sent to info@hyp.org by the application deadline.

Eligibility:
  1. Individuals may be nominated either by themselves or by another person.
  2. The nominee must live or work in Cumberland, Dauphin, or Perry Counties.
  3. The nominee must be between 20 to 29 years old on December 31, 2026.
