The Ballyhaugh Steering Group of Development Coll is in the process of considering the future of the Project Trust premises which are currently being marketed for sale.
There is a possibility that some of the rooms could be used for shared living space. This would involve having a room of your own but sharing other facilities such as kitchen/living areas. It would be seen as a stepping stone for people hoping to eventually rent or own their own property.
Please note that this type of accommodation would not be suitable for families with children.
