2019/2020 NYO Summer Course APPLICATION |
You are applying for the 2019 NZSO National Youth Orchestra
The 2019/2020 NZSO National Youth Orchestra Summer course will be based in Christchurch from 21 January - 26 January 2020 with concerts in the Christchurch Town Hall on 24 January and the Dunedin Town Hall on 25 January.
The Summer Course is an extension of the 2019 NYO course and all those who successfully auditioned in 2019 are eligible to attend the Summer Course, and those players that were on the reserves list will continue to remain as reserves. If you were unable to attend the 2019 NYO course after auditioning, the Summer Course will be an opportunity to return to NYO.

GLINKA: Ruslan and Lyudmila Overture
STRAVINSKY: Suite No. 2 for Small Orchestra
TCHAIKOVSKY: Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture
PROKOFIEV: Suite from 'Lieutenant Kijé', Op. 60
ARTURO MÁRQUEZ: Danzón No.2
