Introduction

Mid-career is more about stage than age. Typically, mid-career denotes those who have been in their profession for 10-15 years, have developed one or two areas of expertise and sit 2-4 levels below the CEO (depending on the size of the organisation). They may manage small teams or be technical experts.

The purpose of this survey is to identify the key behaviours mid-career men engage in (consciously or unconsciously) that are most likely to hold them back.

Please note the behaviours listed are not exclusive to mid-career men but may be more likely to impact this group at this stage in their career.

This questionnaire will be open until end September 2018 when a report will be generated highlighting common themes and trends. This will not include any information that can be attributed to individuals.
