Please complete this form to register for the 2025-2026 season of Thursday Evening Series, a free interdisciplinary healthcare education series on Palliative Care Topics. All sessions run on Thursday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. over Zoom.
When you register, the Survey Monkey page will display the Zoom link for the event and also calendar links that you can use to add sessions to your Outlook Calendar or iCalendar. We will also email the Zoom link and calendar link to registrants before the event.
The sessions will take place on the last Thursday of September, October, November, January, February and March.
