Zoom Virtual Background Design Specifications

Zoom recommends using a high resolution background image with an aspect ratio of 16:9 at a document size of 1920 x 1080 pixels and no larger than 3 MB in file size. Nothing too dark or too light is also recommended. Please be aware of where background image is vs. where the participant will be shown on the screen. Please note: if design does not meet the size or resolution requirements, it will not be used.

Powerpoint Template Design Specifications

High resolution background image is recommended. File size should be 13.33” x 7.5”. Please be aware of where background graphic(s) are placed as to not interfere with the slide content. Please note: if design does not meet the size or resolution requirements, it will not be used.
