Federal Shutdown 2019 - Effects on Program Funding

Through this survey, YWCA USA is identifying YWCA’s that are impacted by the federal shutdown (particularly with respect to VAWA, HUD, and nutrition/food service funding). Completing this brief survey will help us to better understand the scope of the shutdown’s impact on the YWCA network and the extent of financial distress the shutdown may be causing for individual YWCAs.  We’ll use this information to evaluate how YWCA USA can best support local YWCAs through this situation, as well as in our federal advocacy regarding the shutdown.
