Comments received by 8:00 AM two business days in advance of a regular meeting of PCCEP (or the relevant sub-committee) will be shared with members in advance. All comments received will be added into the meeting record and may be subject to disclosure upon request under Oregon's public records law.

Written public comment is not circulated prior to special meetings, which may be called with shorter notice than the deadline above. Please provide public comment verbally during those meetings by joining using the Zoom link on the PCCEP website: https://www.portland.gov/pccep

The Portland Committee on Community-Engaged Policing (PCCEP) takes public comment on a variety of issues and forwards them on to members based on what the comment is about. If it relates to something under discussion by the full committee, the comment will be forwarded to the full committee. If it relates to something under discussion by a PCCEP sub-committee, the comment is sent to sub-committee members to ensure that it is a part of the sub-committee's discussions.
