Share your needs, wants, concerns and values for the Hamline Midway neighborhood.

Help us understand the needs and wants of the Hamline Midway neighborhood as we create the 2020-2030 Neighborhood Plan.

The Neighborhood Plan is a living document/plan that each St.Paul District Council creates and submits to the City of St.Paul. The plan will help to guide development and changes in our neighborhood over the next 10 years. The Neighborhood Plan is essential to building a proactive, resilient, and equitable community.

In the midst of a global pandemic as well as local and national civil unrest resulting from the killing of George Floyd, we recognize that this is a difficult time for many folks. We hope to continue to care for and support our neighbors during this time while also using this energy to envision and plan for our collective future. Thank you for your time and energy.
