Vital Village Networks is currently undertaking a strategic planning process. This process will establish goals and develop a strategy for the coming years. We’re doing this with the support of a local consulting firm, Strategy Matters.

Participation in this survey will provide the consulting team with your unique perspective. Your perspective is imperative to develop a comprehensive strategic plan.

Our consulting team will keep your responses confidential. They will share information from the survey only as averages and totals. They may share phrases or quotes only if it is certain they are not identifiable.

To do this, Vital Village aligns preventive efforts across sectors, embeds community-driven preventive strategies in the context of existing systems, connects and strengthens opportunity structures that support protective factors and family strengths, and couples community-based participatory research and improvement science methodology to drive progress.
