AB 794 (Gabriel): California Safe Drinking Water Act: Emergency Regulations

Join ACWA's "Oppose Unless Amended" coalition on AB 794 (Gabriel, D-Encino), which would authorize the State Water Resources Control Board to adopt by emergency regulation a drinking water standard for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances by December 31, 2026.
