VTSS Survey

Survey Introduction

The Voluntary Targeted Separation Scheme (VTSS) is expected to remove 1,500 positions from across the WA public sector.

The VTSS is now entering a critical stage. Under the Government's implementation timeline, formal offers were scheduled to be issued from 7 September, with employees due to accept or decline offers by 5 October, and required to exit within a maximum of four weeks after accepting an offer.

The impact of those departures are becoming clearer across teams, divisions, and departments across the sector.
CPSU/CSA wants to understand what these reductions mean for the members who remain at work, including workloads, staffing, service delivery and how workplace change is being managed.

Your responses will help the union identify trends across agencies and workplaces and support our discussions with employers about staffing, workload, work health and safety and the implementation of workplace change.

The survey should take approximately 5 minutes.
