Purpose and Procedure:
We would like to invite you to participate in this brief anonymous survey if you are an executive or in a senior management role. You also have the option of receiving a copy of the trend results by requesting this at the end of the survey. To save time, we have limited the survey to four main questions. This survey is investigating the current challenges facing executives and senior managers. The survey is CONFIDENTIAL and anonymous.
