Registration is open for FEMA's Managing Development Through the NFIP course offered in Essex Junction, VT through 12/15/2017. The course will be held January 8-11, 2018 in the Fish & Wildlife building at the State of Vermont's Essex Junction Regional Office (111 West Street, Essex Junction, VT). The class will be held from 8am to 5pm each day. The CFM exam will be held in the same location on Friday, January 12 from 9am to 12pm. You must register for the CFM exam separately with ASFPM no later than January 3rd (see either www.floods.org or the course flyer for registration information).

Preference will be given to local VT floodplain managers if more people are registered than seats are available. After registration closes on 12/15/2017, your registration will be confirmed or you will be notified if you are on the wait list . Cancellation of your registration must be given no later than 12/29/2017 in order to ensure that your spot can be offered to another person.

If you opt in for break refreshments or lunch, payment will be due on the first day of class (either cash, check or paypal).

There is an optional fee for lunch to be provided for class participants as a convenience. However, you can also bring your own lunch and there are lunch options in walking and driving distance if you would prefer to take care of your own lunch.
