PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

This program is for men or people who identify as male.

To ensure a successful transition into the eighteen (18) month Addiction & Recovery Transitional Housing Program where a weekday curfew of 11:00pm is applicants must meet the following eligibility criteri

1. Housing Status
  • Applicant must be homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless.
2. Treatment Completion
  • Applicant must have recently completed a bed-based treatment program with a minimum of seventy (70) days demonstrating commitment to recovery and personal development.
3. Residency Requirement
  • Applicant must reside within the Fraser Valley Regional District
  • Applicant must be actively working towards sustainable employment, meaningful volunteer opportunities or attending occupational training or upgrading coursers with a clear plan to build independence to move into next level housing upon completion of the program.
Priority is given to those applicants who are in receipt of Income Assistance through the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction. A confirmation from the Ministry will be required.
