Cohort 10 RISE Leadership Fellows Program Application

Thank you for your interest in the 2023-24 RISE Urban Leadership Fellows Program. The deadline to complete this form is Sunday, June 30, 2024, by 11:59 pm PDT.

Before starting the online application form, all applicants are strongly encouraged to download the application prep document and complete the following:

Review all questions in the application prep document;
Request your two (2) required letters of recommendation right away;
Draft and edit your responses;
Collect and assemble the required attachments: recommendation letters, resume, professional bio, and headshot; and,
Only after you’ve completed items 1-4 above, then copy and paste the final draft of your responses into the online application form and upload all required attachments.

Please note that the preparation document is not a substitute for completing the online application form and will not be accepted in its place.
