PARTICIPATION INFORMATION:

This event is FREE to participating businesses and is paid for by sponsorships. All businesses are encouraged to participate in whatever way makes the most sense for their individual businesses' needs. Get creative! You could offer a limited time sale, announce a new offering, highlight something you’re proud of and known for, extend your hours, feature a special guest or pop up, raffle off a prize, include free local delivery, etc etc. Please proof read. We will not be editing or fixing grammatical errors.*Food and drink promos will ONLY be listed for businesses that provide these items regularly .  The idea is to feature something that might spark interest in your local clientele and get them excited about shopping small and supporting their community this holiday season! 
You can do the same sales on Thursday + Friday. Or offer something more enticing for Thursday to jump start your Hop + Shop experience. Extended hours for retail is encouraged until 8pm, but not expected.

* 16. Are you interested in sponsoring? Sponsorship is $250, this includes your logo on all promotional materials. The promotional materials include Posters, Flyers, Snail Mail, Social Media Promotions, Local newspaper ADS, and if enough money is raised we will do promotional tote bags for gorilla marketing with Adams grocery store like last year. If you answer YES you will be contacted for a payment through paypal. You do not have to have an account to pay through paypal. All who wish to be a sponsor must reach out by November 12th. All other inquiries will be reached out to first come August 2024 in prep for Hop + Shop 2024.
