VTA AHSC Round 10 Intake Form

VTA has successfully partnered with local developers to bring new housing and transportation funding to Santa Clara County through the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) program.

VTA’s role in the AHSC program is to evaluate potential partnerships and lead transportation-related components. Affordable Housing Developers are responsible for housing project readiness, compliance with AHSC housing requirements, and coordination with project development partners.

This intake form is the first step in assessing AHSC eligibility, readiness, and potential VTA partnership. A full evaluation of AHSC threshold eligibility and competitiveness will require additional review by VTA, housing developers, public partners, and technical assistance providers. Completion of this intake form does not guarantee VTA partnership. VTA reserves the right to reassess and reconsider AHSC partnership at any time.

This form should be completed by the Affordable Housing Development (AHD) project manager. Please reference the Draft AHSC Round 10 Guidelines and VTA's AHSC Developer Guide when completing this form. For questions, please contact: AHSC@vta.org.
