KC Water is undertaking green infrastructure and stormwater collection improvements at Daniel Morgan Boone Park as part of the Town Fork Creek Green Infrastructure project. The project, which is near the intersection of 63rd Street and Woodland Avenue, will construct more than 50,000 feet of new storm sewers and develop green infrastructure solutions across the watershed, creating hundreds of green acres. Once completed, the project will help protect the community’s environment by reducing stormwater overflows.
