Option 1 - so all ratepayers in the Northern Community Board area pay the same amount per annum per SUIP (equates to $19.30 per SUIP).

Option 2 - so ratepayers who live within the Lumsden, Mossburn & Five Rivers hall rating boundaries pay the same amount per annum per SUIP (equates to $26.75 per SUIP).
