Los Angeles County CACFP Needs Assessment Survey

Welcome! CACFP Roundtable is a nonprofit organization that works to support the child care field in serving nutritious meals. We are surveying child care workers in Los Angeles County to learn how the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP, also known as the "Food Program") can further support you in providing healthy, nutritious meals to children in your care.

Through this survey, you will have space to share your experiences serving meals and provide your perspectives on the CACFP. Your insights will guide recommendations to make the CACFP more available and accessible to family child care providers and child care centers in Los Angeles. Individuals who complete the survey will have the option to enter an opportunity drawing for a $100 Amazon gift card. Survey responses will be accepted until October 5, 2026.

All your responses will be kept confidential and CACFP Roundtable will never share any idenitifiable data. It should take you less than 10 minutes to complete. Thank you for your time and sharing your stories with us!

For this survey, we are looking for care givers that meet all of the following criteria:
1) Offer child care in a home or child care center within Los Angeles County
2) Serve meals to the children in their care
3) Care for at least one child that is 0-5 years old

*Note: you do not need to participate in the CACFP to be eligible to take this survey.
