Tēnā koe. We are working with Te Pūtahitanga o Te Waipounamu to make sure you and your whānau are supported and know where to get help while we journey together through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please give us as much information as you can. It's important that you complete as many details, so that we can help you. It is important for you to know that when giving your information to us, you authorise the release of, and use of, your personal information to and by our kaimahi, supporters (Te Pūtahitanga) and to those we partner with for all the purposes of helping you and your whānau during the COVID-19 event. We'll use the information you tell us to inform our services and Te Pūtahitanga's Manaaki 20 planning team, our communications and our reporting.
