Our Community Survey is designed for individuals who have had direct interaction with an employee of the Virginia State Police and for members of the community who would like to convey concerns about safety and their perception of the services we provide.

The last part of this survey collects demographic information. This section is voluntary. The sole purpose for collecting this information is to monitor and ensure fair and equitable treatment of all persons.

The survey will take about four minutes to complete.
