NY Forward -- Safety Plan & Affirmation Tutorial
Hello to our Schoharie County Business Community!
We understand you have been bombarded with a dizzying amount of information -- from executive orders on NY Pause and mandatory business shut downs, to federal relief programs. Now, most important is the phased business reopening as laid out in Governor Cuomo's NY Forwardplan.
We realize that it can be overwhelming to navigate all of the rules and regulations of reopening your business. So, the Schoharie County Economic Alliance organized a SchoCo Forward: Business Reopening & Recovery Task Force that is here to help.
The alliance designed this tutorial, which provides you with direct links to important pages of the NY Forward website so you can "Affirm" your business compliance with New York State safety protocols.
Our goal is to ensure your understanding of NY Forward safety protocols required to operate your business. Your goal should be to receive the "Business Affirmation" attesting to your understanding.
Upon receiving your "Business Affirmation" certificate from NY Forward, we invite you to accept the SchoCo Promise, a local initiative meant to reward NY Forward-compliant businesses. The SchoCo Promise offers "Promise Perks" like free safety protocol signs and the opportunity to appear in advertising sponsored by the Economic Alliance.
