Students at the University of Hawaii (UH) are conducting a survey to help the Hawaii Teacher Standards Board (HTSB) understand practitioners' familiarity with educator ethics.
Activities and Time Commitment
If you decide to participate, you will be asked to fill out an anonymous survey composed mainly of multiple choices questions. The survey includes a few open-ended questions where you may write more detailed answers. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes.
Benefits and Risks
There will be no compensation or direct personal benefit for completing the survey. However, we hope the findings will help the HTSB better support educators regarding the current Code of Ethics. The survey is anonymous and considered low risk. We ask that you not include any personal identification data when filling out the survey.
Voluntary Participation
You are free to take part or not to take part in this survey as you choose as there is no penalty or loss of benefits for either decision. If you agree to participate, you can stop at any time.
