Fintech Ireland Map & Survey


NB:  This survey commenced on 16 March 2018.  We have had a fantastic response to date.  Many responses will lead to new fintech firms being added to the Fintech Ireland Maps.   We will leave the Fintech Ireland Survey open for the time being to ensure we reach as many fintech firms as possible.
Other surveys / censuses: We have noticed that other surveys/censuses have started recently which look and feel, in whole or in part, the same as the Fintech Ireland Survey.  We hope that this does not cause any confusion, but it is outside our control.

Whether you are currently on or would like to join (1) the Indigenous Fintech Ireland Map (Global HQ in Ireland) or (2) the new International Fintech Ireland Map (Global HQ outside of Ireland), we need to ask some questions. As we were thinking about the exercise to update the Fintech Ireland Map, we thought it would provide a good opportunity to take the pulse of Irish fintech by covering a broad range of questions.  We will collate the data and will share the data anonymously in a report with those who complete this survey and more broadly within the industry.  All questions are compulsory except the last two.  However if you don't upload your logo, we cannot consider it for inclusion on the Map.  Also we appreciate that you may need to send the logo to us separately, in which case email it to hello@fintechireland.com.

Personal Data:  The only personal data we are requesting is that of the person who is completing this survey on behalf of a fintech company (i.e. the agent of the company).  By completing the survey you, as agent of the company, are confirming that you are authorised to provide any and all of the information you furnish to Fintech Ireland and you hold us harmless should you fail to obtain the necessary authorisation from your company.  You agree that we may process any personal data you, in your capacity as agent for the company, furnish to us for the purposes of contacting you to confirm the data furnished to Fintech Ireland. We have thought very carefully about the questions we have asked in order to keep personal data to a minimum.  This survey is about fintech companies in Ireland.  The information we receive will be used in an anonymous manner.  We will keep confidential and we will not share with anyone the specific answers you provide us nor will we identify the name of any person or company to any person outside of Fintech Ireland. We will present our findings in aggregate.  If you feel strongly about not answering a mandatory question, then we cannot prevent you from inserting incorrect data into any field.  However where we believe or suspect that any of the data has been deliberately falsified, then we of course reserve the right to reject your submission.  For the avoidance of doubt, the completion of this survey does not create any right for your  company's inclusion on the Map.  The team from Fintech Ireland will be in contact with respondents to confirm the inclusion of any applicant company onto the Fintech Ireland Map.
