Victorian Primary Health Networks and Carers Victoria are working in partnership to raise awareness within general practice of the role of carers and the importance of carer self-health.

We plan to develop and implement a suite of training resources to enhance the capability of general practice to integrate the role of carers and facilitate carer-self health.

We are seeking feedback from general practice (general practitioners, nurses, practice managers and other practice staff) via this survey to gain some further insight into the content of these resources.

The survey will take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

Primary care workforce capacity building to improve carer recognition and support is supported by Carers Victoria on behalf of the Victorian Government.
